Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is a one-stop e-mail management solution, which will give you absolute authority over your e-mailboxes and newsletters. With this easy-to-use GUI, you can set up a new mailbox account in an instant and administer its settings with ease. Additionally, you can forward e-mails from one e-mailbox to another, activate mail filters, create auto-response messages and defend your electronic mail accounts against unsolicited bulk email messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can protect all your e-mail boxes against spam messages. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make certain that no unasked-for electronic mails will find their way into your mailbox. Your email messages will be sifted out based on their spam score. You can also decide whether an electronic mail message marked as spam should be deleted or forwarded to a particular e-mailbox account.
Email Filters
Email filters are great for filtrating your incoming e-mails according to specific rules defined by you. Setting up email filters is very easy - all you need to do is fill out a simple form and your email filter will be activated and will go into effect immediately. You can easily create a filter for any of your e-mail box accounts and edit the filtering criteria according to your desire.
Email Forwarding
You can easily redirect your incoming e-mail messages from one email mailbox account to another, or even to a number of other e-mail box accounts. Just specify the email mailbox account you want to forward electronic mails from, then specify the destination mailbox and indicate if you wish to leave a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager graphical user interface, you can quickly configure the mail client of your preference to access your electronic mail accounts. Just go to the Auto-Config column next to the e-mail box account you would like to set up on your PC or handheld device and click on the email client that you want to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your mail client and the new mailbox account will be configured in an instant.

With the Email Manager interface, working with multiple email accounts at the same time is a piece of cake. The Email Manager interface will also permit you to easily set up an auto-response message - enter the message you want people to notice and our system will handle the rest. And if you want to configure a catch-all email mailbox - you can achieve that with a simple click on the Catch-all icon.
